Role Description
This internship role for a Business Development Executive / Sales Solution Engineer focuses on supporting sales and pre-sales efforts across cloud, AI, datacenter, and cybersecurity solutions.
The position is hybrid, based in Dubai with a mix of on-site client and office meetings and some work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, identifying and qualifying leads in UAE, USA, and Pakistan, and assisting in new business development initiatives.
The intern will help prepare proposals, presentations, and solution overviews, collaborating with technical teams to translate customer requirements into appropriate SST offerings.
Additional tasks include maintaining CRM data, supporting account managers with follow-ups and renewals, and contributing to marketing or outreach activities such as events, campaigns, or webinars.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive / Sales Solution Engineer for Cloud, AI, Datacenter, IT Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity solutions across the UAE, USA, and Pakistan markets.
The role requires a strong combination of B2B sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and technical solution understanding.
The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with vendors and technical teams, preparing proposals and quotations, and supporting deal closure.
The candidate will work on cloud hosting, VPS, VDI, backup, disaster recovery, AI infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, firewalls, cybersecurity, Odoo/cloud hosting, IT hardware, and datacenter solutions.
Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, LinkedIn/email/call outreach, client meetings, requirement gathering, solution discussions, vendor coordination, proposal preparation, CRM/Odoo updates, quotation follow-ups, and payment coordination support.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or datacenter technologies are desirable.
Previous experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware sales, system integration, or technology solutions sales will be preferred.
Quarterly target: USD 10,000 gross profit.
Commission: 7% of individual gross profit after achieving the quarterly GP target.

Qualifications
- Proven interest or foundational experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation for technology or B2B services.
- Understanding of Business fundamentals and a strong customer-focused mindset, ideally within IT, cloud, or cybersecurity domains.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to support Account Management activities such as client follow-ups, basic relationship management, and coordination with internal teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfort working with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, CRM systems) and willingness to learn sales and pre-sales tools.
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to organize work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
- Interest in cloud platforms, AI, datacenter technologies, and cybersecurity, with a readiness to learn vendor ecosystems (e.g., Azure, AWS).
