Business Development Executive / Sales Manager – Software & Tech Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Sell software development services, ERP solutions, mobile applications, SaaS products, and technology consulting services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solution proposals.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software development or IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of software services, ERP systems, SaaS, web/mobile applications, or digital transformation solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working in the UAE market is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
