Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Business Development Executive / Sales Coordinator** to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding IGI’s presence within the diamond and jewellery sector, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting IGI’s certification and related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the diamond and jewellery sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with jewelers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Promote IGI’s services, including diamond and jewellery certification, education programs, and grading solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to represent IGI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • **2–4 years of experience** in business development or sales, preferably in the diamond, jewellery, or luxury goods industry.
  • Good understanding of the **diamond and jewellery market in the MENA region** (international market experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in **English**; additional languages such as **Hindi or Marathi** will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
