We are a growing Corporate Service Provider based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in PRO services, visa processing, and corporate support solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
  • Conduct client meetings and present company services professionally
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for potential clients
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring business
  • Work independently to achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • Previous experience in PRO services, business setup, or corporate sales in the UAE is highly desirable

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of UAE business setup, visa, and PRO services (preferred)
  • Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and client documentation

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, and reporting)
  • Competent in email communication and basic office applications

Social Media Skills:

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other social platforms for client engagement and lead generation

Personal Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Professional attitude with strong relationship-building abilities

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: AED 2,00 per month
  • Commission Structure:
  • 30% commission on new clients for the first 3 months
  • 10% recurring commission thereafter
  • Performance-based incentives may apply
