We collaborate with leading telecom operators and international technology partners to deliver enterprise-grade infrastructure and AI solutions across Saudi Arabia.

We are expanding our Digital Infrastructure division and seeking a driven, bilingual Business Development Executive to join our team.

Position Overview

  • This is an execution-focused business development role.
  • Your mission:
  • Open enterprise and government doors
  • Secure high-level meetings
  • Actively push opportunities forward
  • You will work directly with senior management and participate in strategic client engagements.
  • This is not a title-driven managerial role.
  • It is a performance-driven opportunity-building position.

1. Lead Generation & Door Opening

  • Identify and approach enterprise and government clients
  • Conduct professional cold calls and structured follow-ups
  • Secure meetings with CIOs, IT Managers, and Procurement Heads
  • Leverage LinkedIn and professional networks to generate opportunities

2. Technical Commercial Communication

  • You must be able to explain in both Arabic and English:
  • What is VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
  • Difference between DIA and shared internet
  • Role of firewall and enterprise security
  • Basic enterprise infrastructure architecture
  • Enterprise AI application use cases (automation, analytics, AI assistants)
  • Deep technical expertise is not required, but clear conceptual understanding is mandatory.

3. Opportunity Management & Internal Coordination

  • Maintain CRM pipeline tracking
  • Submit weekly opportunity progress reports (in English)
  • Coordinate meetings between clients and technical teams
  • Ensure structured follow-up after each engagement

• Fluent Arabic (client-facing)

  • Fluent English (internal coordination & reporting)
  • Ability to write professional emails in English
  • Candidates who speak only one language will not be considered.

Experience

  • 2–5 years experience in one of the following:
  • ICT Sales
  • Telecom Sales
  • System Integration

• Enterprise IT Solutions

Experience with enterprise or government clients is preferred.

Existing enterprise or government network in Saudi preferred.

Ability to access decision-makers is highly valued.

Technical Awareness

  • Candidates must demonstrate basic understanding of:
  • Enterprise network infrastructure
  • DIA vs shared internet
  • VDI concept
  • AI applications in enterprise environments
