Overview
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our property services business by bringing in new commercial clients.
What You'Ll Do
- Find and approach new clients.
- Build relationships with property managers, real estate agencies, offices, and commercial businesses.
- Arrange meetings, prepare quotations, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales in the UAE (property services, cleaning, facilities management, or related industries is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, confident, and results-oriented.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
