to expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Promote the company's photography, videography, livestreaming, and creative production services to corporate and individual clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on inquiries to secure new projects.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and production assignments to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution and outstanding client satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and submit regular business development reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management.
- Experience in the media, creative, advertising, marketing, or production industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target driven.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus. Work Requirements
- Willing to work flexible hours, including day and night assignments, based on project and client requirements.
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays whenever required.
