We're Hiring \| Business Development Executive – Dubai
At Mansions Owners Association Management (MOAM), we manage Jointly Owned Properties across the UAE with professionalism, transparency, and a commitment to delivering real value to homeowners and communities.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with developers and real estate stakeholders
- Build and nurture relationships with Owners' Associations and key decision-makers
- Present tailored community management solutions
- Represent MOAM at industry events and expand our market presence
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and business expansion
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or Community Management
- Strong network within the UAE developer and real estate community
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic speakers highly preferred)
- Proven track record in achieving sales and growth targets
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
