Business Development Executive – Logistics Solutions
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented
Business Development Executive- Logistics Solutions
- to join our commercial team in the UAE.
- This is a hunting-focused role responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth across our logistics solutions, including:
- **Waslah**
- – Multi-carrier courier aggregation platform
- **Warehousing Solutions**
- – Fulfillment centers and dark store operations
- **Land Freight Solutions**
- – Full Truck Load (FTL) and related transportation services
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers across e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, trading, and enterprise sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Promote and sell our logistics solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiations to closing and onboarding.
- Prepare proposals and commercial offers tailored to customer requirements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain industries is preferred.
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
