LEXAI is a UAE-focused legal technology platform combining a UAE legislation-based AI legal assistant with individual lawyer discovery.
Our mission is to make legal information more accessible and help people connect with suitable lawyers based on their legal issue, practice area, language, location, and experience.
We are currently expanding our lawyer network and onboarding UAE-based lawyers and legal consultants onto the platform.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help LEXAI onboard lawyers, legal consultants, and legal professionals across the UAE.
This is a hands-on growth role.
Your main responsibility will be to identify, contact, follow up with, and onboard lawyers onto LEXAI’s Founding Lawyer Program.
You will be speaking directly with lawyers, legal consultants, law firm administrators, partners, and professional service providers.
The right candidate must be confident, persistent, organized, and comfortable with outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, email, and meetings.
This is not a passive office role.
We need someone who can actively generate conversations, follow up consistently, and convert interested lawyers into completed profiles on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify UAE-based lawyers, legal consultants, and law firms
- Build and maintain a database of lawyer and law firm leads
- Contact lawyers through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and meetings
- Explain LEXAI’s Founding Lawyer Program clearly and professionally
- Help lawyers understand the value of creating a free profile on LEXAI
- Collect lawyer profile information, including LinkedIn/CV, profile photo, practice areas, contact details, and verification documents
- Follow up consistently until lawyer profiles are completed and approved
- Coordinate with the internal team to make sure lawyer profiles are created correctly
- Maintain a CRM or spreadsheet with lead status, notes, follow-up dates, and next actions
- Build relationships with lawyers, law firms, legal marketers, legal recruiters, and professional service providers
- Report weekly progress, including contacted lawyers, interested lawyers, submitted profiles, and live verified profiles
Main Objective
Your main goal is to onboard verified UAE lawyers and legal consultants onto LEXAI.
Success in this role will be measured by actual lawyer profiles submitted and approved, not only by calls or meetings.

Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident speaking with lawyers, partners, and senior professionals
- Experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, recruitment, legal services, professional services, or B2B outreach
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp follow-ups, phone calls, and meetings
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Organized and able to track leads properly
- Persistent without being aggressive
- Fluent English is required
- Arabic is a strong advantage
- UAE legal-sector experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory
- Must currently be based in the UAE or able to operate legally in the UAE during the trial period

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed monthly base during the 3-month trial period
- Performance bonus per verified lawyer profile onboarded

- Employment visa sponsorship available after successful completion of the 6-month trial period, subject to performance, long-term fit, and UAE labour/immigration requirements
Important Visa Note
Candidates must be legally able to work or provide services in the UAE during the trial period.
Employment visa sponsorship will be considered after successful completion of the 3-month trial period.
