WeCopy Fintech is a Canada-based fintech company specializing in copy trading, proprietary trading (prop firm) solutions, and forex brokerage services.
Through our flagship prop trading firm, WeMasterTrade, we offer funded trading accounts and proprietary trading programs designed to help traders access capital and grow their trading careers.
We are expanding our operations into Iraq and Kurdish-speaking markets and are looking for a Kurdish-speaking Business Development Executive to join our team onsite in Dubai.
Role Overview
We are specifically seeking a fluent Kurdish-speaking Business Development Executive to drive business growth across Iraq and Kurdish-speaking regions.
The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting our prop trading programs, copy trading solutions, and forex brokerage services.
Prior experience in business development, sales, account management, Forex, CFD, Prop Trading, or financial services is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies targeting Iraq and Kurdish-speaking markets.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential Kurdish-speaking clients into active traders and partners.
- Promote funded trader programs, copy trading solutions, and forex brokerage services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Kurdish-speaking traders, affiliates, IBs, and partners.
- Educate clients in Kurdish and English on company products, trading platforms, and opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and manage onboarding for Kurdish-speaking clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support regional expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities within Kurdish-speaking communities.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Kurdish (mandatory)
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition
- Experience in Forex, CFD, Prop Firm, Crypto, or Financial Services is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work onsite in Dubai
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Familiarity with Kurdish-speaking trading communities is a plus
