Business Development Executive

• to join our team and take ownership of the pre-contract commercial process, including prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, preparing introductory materials and proposals, and following up until opportunities are converted into actual projects or contracts.

• فرز وتأهيل الفرص التجارية وفهم احتياج العميل بشكل أولي
• تنسيق وجدولة الاجتماعات ومتابعتها
• إعداد الملفات التعريفية والعروض والمواد المناسبة لإرسالها للعملاء
• تنظيم ومتابعة خط الفرص التجارية بشكل مستمر
• التنسيق الداخلي مع الفريق لتجهيز العروض والمعلومات المناسبة
• المتابعة بعد الاجتماعات ودفع الفرص نحو الإغلاق

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect potential clients and communicate with them through various channels
• Qualify business opportunities and gain an initial understanding of client needs
• Coordinate, schedule, and follow up on meetings
• Prepare company profiles, introductory decks, proposals, and relevant materials to be shared with clients
• Organize and manage the sales pipeline consistently
• Coordinate internally with the team to prepare suitable offers and relevant information
• Follow up after meetings and push opportunities toward closure

Requirements

• Previous experience in

• **Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken**
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to prepare client-facing documents and commercial presentations professionally
• Good working knowledge of tools such as:
