Business Development Executive - Interior Fit Out Industry
About This Role
We are seeking a high-energy, autonomous Business Development Manager to drive growth for our interior fit-out firm. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying high-value leads to securing signed contracts. The position is offered with attractive salary, commission and job security.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and reach out to developers, commercial real estate brokers, and project managers to build a consistent pipeline of fit-out opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is understood and translated into a viable project scope.
- Work closely with the technical team to prepare competitive tenders, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and design-build proposals.
- Stay updated on regional real estate trends and competitor pricing.
- Lead negotiations on terms, payment schedules, and defect liability clauses to ensure profitable and secure agreements.
Professional Skills:
- Ability to perform basic site surveys and initial measurements without requiring an engineer for every site visit.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and Excel to track leads and export data for management reporting.
- Capacity to draft professional emails, scope-of-work summaries, and basic internal agreements independently.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years in the UAE/Regional interior fit-out or construction market with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and understand material specifications.
- Exceptional negotiation skills; ability to present to C-suite executives and property owners.
- Understanding of local procurement and the impact of supply chain shifts on project timelines.
Other Requirements:
- UAE experience mandatory in fit out industry
- UAE Driving License Mandatory
