We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven background in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, and Decoration Works.
Requirements
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / Decoration industry in UAE.**
- Existing network and relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, real estate companies, and project decision-makers.
- **Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- **Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate qualified project leads.**
Key Responsibilities
- **Generate new Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, and Decoration projects.**
- Visit clients, consultants, developers, and project sites regularly.
- **Build and maintain strong client relationships.**
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for project pricing and proposals.
- **Follow up on submitted quotations and close deals.**
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Preferred
- **Experience in villas, residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-out projects.**
- Strong understanding of the UAE construction and fit-out market.
