Job Summary
Darb Al Sahala Building Maintenance SPS LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) background.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting HSE-related services and solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, facility management, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
- Promote HSE services, training programs, manpower supply, and safety consultancy solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business prospects.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
- Coordinate with operations and HSE teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and business development reports.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
- HSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HSE consultancy, training, manpower supply, construction, or facility management sectors.
- Existing client network within the UAE market.
