We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join us.
This is a dynamic role designed for a "hunter" who thrives on movement.
The ideal candidate will combine active outdoor prospecting (meeting B2B clients face-to-face to secure opportunities) with the strategic skill of drafting and structuring winning business proposals from the office.
We need someone who goes out to get the lead, and sits down to close it.
Key Responsibilities
- **Outdoor Prospecting:**
- Conduct field visits and secure face-to-face meetings with potential B2B clients to generate new business leads.
- **Proposal Development (Office-Based):**
- Analyze client needs to draft, structure, and design comprehensive marketing proposals and pitch decks.
- **Consultative Selling:**
- Present solutions effectively, bridging the gap between client challenges and our agency’s services.
- **Deal Closing:**
- Manage the full sales cycle from the initial field handshake to the final contract signing.
& Qualifications
- Proven experience in Field Sales or Business Development (Marketing/advertising agency experience is highly preferred).
- Strong foundational knowledge of digital marketing services.
- Mastery in drafting and presenting persuasive business proposals.
- A dynamic personality that enjoys direct client interaction and outdoor market activity.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (Written and Spoken).
