Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Present products/services effectively and understand customer requirements.
  • Conduct sales meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in India or home country.
  • Freshers with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus.
