Enrich Living Interior Designs LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.
If you have a passion for interior design, strong client relationship skills, and experience managing projects from inquiry to execution, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the interior design and fit-out industry.
- Hands-on experience in kitchen and wardrobe solutions is mandatory.
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and convert inquiries into successful projects.
- Strong understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and project costing.
- Ability to coordinate and supervise project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored interior solutions.
- Build strong relationships with real estate agents and property handover teams.
- Prepare quotations and BOQs in coordination with the design and execution teams.
- Convert leads into projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Supervise ongoing projects and act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
