Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Dubai.

The Business Development Executive will identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market, with a focus on promoting the firm’s integrated financial and advisory solutions.

Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in alignment with company guidelines.

The role involves building and managing a pipeline of prospects, maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and collaborating closely with advisory, tax, and finance teams to tailor solutions.

The Business Development Executive will also conduct market research, track competitor activity, prepare sales reports, and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience building and managing a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Strong Business and Account Management capabilities to understand client needs, manage key accounts, and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial services, consulting, or related professional services is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Comfort working with CRM and digital sales tools, and using data to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE market dynamics and regulatory environment is a plus.
