Business Development Executive

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients.

· Identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, cold calling, and networking

· Developing and executing outreach strategies to connect with potential clients and introduce relevant solutions

· Qualifying leads and managing them through the sales pipeline from first contact to closing

· Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals

· Preparing customized proposals, pitch decks, and pricing strategies for prospective clients

· Meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly KPIs including meetings booked, pipeline value, and closed deals

· Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align messaging and identify campaign opportunities

· Using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client communications with accuracy

· Keeping up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

· You have a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

· Proven success in a business development or outbound sales role, ideally in B2B within UAE

· You possess strong experience in consultative or solution-based selling, with the ability to pitch to clients

· You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

· Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

· Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently exceeding targets

· Self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Range : AED 3500-5000/Month+ Uncapped commission
