Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-5 years of experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for our interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads in the residential, commercial, and
- hospitality interior design sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors,
- and real estate developers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities,
- and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project pitches to
- prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue
- growth.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client
requirements are met.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand
- business connections.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in business development/sales in
- the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market, key players, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
