Company Overview: We are a leading provider of lighting solutions, specializing in custom-made chandeliers. We pride ourselves on merging artistry with functionality to create unique lighting fixtures that stand out in any setting.

Position: Business Development executive

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Relations: Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with key industry players including but not limited to interior designers, construction companies, real estate developers, and end users.

Identify potential leads and convert them into loyal customers through tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Sales & Marketing: Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Analyze the market and competition; adjust sales techniques based on insights.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best sales practices.

Educate potential clients on the uniqueness, quality, and craftsmanship of our chandeliers.

Reporting & Feedback: Provide feedback to the product and design teams based on client preferences and industry trends.

Other Duties: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the brand.

Ensure a professional image is consistently conveyed through actions and presentations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the lighting field or closely related industry.

Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

Valid driving license.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for excellence.

Knowledge of the lighting and chandelier industry is a significant plus.
