Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to promote the company’s Forex trading products and services.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their investment goals and providing appropriate solutions.
• Guide clients through account opening, KYC documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to maximize client engagement and retention.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
• Stay updated on Forex market trends, trading products, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including customer support and compliance teams, to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum **6 months to 2 years of experience** in Forex, financial services, investment sales, or a related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Forex trading, financial markets, and investment products.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Multilingual candidates (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages) will be considered an added advantage.
