Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Dubai.

The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building and managing a pipeline of prospective learners for Tutorflow Academy’s Forex training programs.

Responsibilities include, meetings, events, and presenting course offerings and EMI options; and converting qualified prospects into enrolled learners.

The role will also involve maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, tracking performance against sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to refine offerings based on feedback.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with in-person client interactions, understands education or financial training markets, and can represent the academy professionally in Dubai.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development with experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of Business development principles and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales or enrollment targets.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present programs clearly and handle client questions confidently.
  • Experience in maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Previous experience in education, training, or financial services (Forex or related domains) is preferred.
  • Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role in Dubai, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software to track leads, activities, and performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
