Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, referrals, and market research.
- Promote the company’s workforce solutions and operational services.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.
- Support contract negotiation and commercial discussions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.
- Understand client workforce and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams for service delivery.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term business relationships with key clients.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities.
- Support strategic business expansion initiatives.
- Provide market feedback and business insights to management.
• Coordination & Internal Support
- Coordinate with operations, HR, visa, and finance teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support for clients.
- Follow internal sales processes and reporting requirements.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.
