Sales And Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- **Pipeline & Lead Generation:** Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and market research.
- **End-to-End Sales:** Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal creation, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
- **Market Expansion:** Identify new business opportunities across existing and emerging sectors while building long-term client relationships.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure tailored solutions for clients while maintaining ownership of the commercial relationship.
- **Leadership:** Help shape sales processes, contribute to strategy, and eventually lead and mentor a growing sales team.
Qualifications & Skills
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- **Experience:** 4–6 years in B2B sales or business development, specifically within IT services, software, or SaaS.
- **Technical Acumen:** Good understanding of software services, mobile apps, and digital products.
- **Sales Expertise:** Proven track record in pipeline management, deal closures, and using CRM tools.
- **Soft Skills:** Results-oriented, confident communicator, adaptable, and a strong ownership mindset.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
