Rentico Vacation Homes Rental is a DTCM-licensed hospitality company specializing in the management of premium short-term rentals across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Role Description

This is a full-time Owner Acquisition & Onboarding role based in Dubai, UAE. You’ll be the first point of contact for property owners who want their unit managed by Rentico. Working warm inbound leads from our marketing campaigns, you’ll pitch our management service and close signed management contracts, then handle the coordination to onboard each new unit smoothly. This is a sales-led role with a hands-on operational and administrative component, ideal for someone who can both close deals and follow through. Core responsibilities include responding fast to inbound owner leads via WhatsApp, calls, and forms; qualifying owners and pitching Rentico’s management model; running viewings and presenting projected returns; negotiating and closing management agreements; building a broker referral pipeline; and keeping the CRM accurate. On the coordination side, you’ll manage onboarding paperwork and owner contracts, coordinate new-unit setup (listing creation, photography, permits, compliance), support DTCM/DET permit processes, and liaise between owners and the operations team during onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or real estate — UAE experience strongly preferred
  • Confident closer who can also stay organized and detail-driven
  • Strong communication in English (Arabic is a major plus for GCC owners)
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s property, short-term rental, or holiday homes market
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and digital workflows
  • Self-starter who follows up relentlessly and takes ownership
  • UAE residence visa (own or transferable) preferred for a faster start
  • Valid UAE driver’s license
  • Exposure to short-term rental / Airbnb / holiday homes operations is a plus
  • Knowledge of DTCM/DET licensing and permits is a plus
  • Experience with PMS or pricing tools (e.g., Guesty, PriceLabs) is a plus
  • Existing network of property owners or brokers in Dubai is a plus
