Grow the business and attract new clients by contacting prospects, explaining services, following up on enquiries, and maintaining client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Find and contact potential clients and promote translation, attestation, and notarisation services.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into business; build and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare basic quotations, coordinate with the team, and work toward sales targets.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Any bachelor's degree is acceptable.
- Good English communication, confidence speaking with clients, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not compulsory.
