Overview
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities in residential and commercial cleaning services.
- Direct Client list with Owners Association, Facilities Management, Contracting and Property Management Companies.
- Strong Business acumen, including market awareness, pricing understanding, and the ability to support revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present services clearly, negotiate effectively, and maintain professional client interactions.
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining client relationships, handling renewals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in facility management, cleaning services, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site across Dubai and occasionally in Sharjah and Northern Emirates, with a valid UAE driving license preferred.
