Join our growing team as a Business Development Executive, working closely with the Business Development Director and Marketing Manager to drive business growth and build strategic client relationships.
This role is ideal for a confident and commercially minded professional who can engage with decision-makers, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals, conduct advisory-level consultations, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You will manage both company-generated and self-sourced opportunities while working with clients across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultation and discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and strategic outreach.
- Manage both self-generated and company-provided opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Present solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Follow up on leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market developments.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
