Algo Agency is hiring a Business Development Executive to build relationships, identify opportunities, and help businesses grow.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across different industries; generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations; build and maintain a sales pipeline using the CRM.
- Prepare proposals and collaborate internally on tailored solutions; negotiate commercial terms and close new business.
- Develop long-term client and strategic-partner relationships; represent the agency at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals; strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Experience in marketing, digital agencies, healthcare, or technology industries is an advantage.
