• We are seeking a smart, energetic, and motivated Female Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and preferably 1-2 years of experience in the shipping, marine, logistics, or maritime industry.
• ***Key Responsibilities***
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the maritime and shipping sectors.
• Generate leads and establish relationships with ship owners, ship managers, charterers, operators, and marine service providers.
• Promote company services including:
• Marine Consultancy

• Class & Flag Registration Services

• Ship Repairs and Conversions
• Ship Agency

• Tank Cleaning Services

• Prepare and submit commercial proposals and quotations.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer relationship databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• ***Requirements***
• Female candidate preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Shipping, Maritime, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Ship Management, Marine Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
• UAE driving license will be considered an added advantage.
