Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into interior design and fit-out projects.
The role requires strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and direct outreach.
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable design and fit-out solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers in coordination with the management team.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, real estate agents, and developers.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience (Interior Design, Fit-Out, Construction, Real Estate, or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- UAE market knowledge is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
