Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In this role, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of leads, and develop long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting travel solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
The position also involves maintaining client accounts, monitoring customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales targets and overall revenue growth for Ruha Holidays.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sales is beneficial.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships professionally.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
