We're looking for two ambitious Business Development Executives to join our team and drive new business growth.
This opportunity is ideal for highly motivated individuals who are confident in their ability to generate opportunities, build relationships, and close deals, while benefiting from a highly competitive uncapped commission structure.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients.
You will manage the full sales process, from prospecting and outreach through to discovery meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Success in this role comes from consistency, discipline, relationship building, and a strong understanding of sales activity and pipeline management.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage prospective clients across a range of industries
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, partnerships, and strategic outreach
- Build relationships with founders, CEOs, Managing Directors, and senior decision-makers
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand business objectives and challenges
- Present METEOR's solutions in a consultative and commercially focused manner
- Prepare proposals and commercial recommendations
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Manage opportunities through every stage of the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities
- Track conversion rates and pipeline performance
- Forecast revenue opportunities and manage follow-up activity
- Consistently achieve sales targets
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, partnerships, recruitment, real estate, insurance, media sales, marketing sales, SaaS sales, or another commission-driven environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Driven by performance and results
- Able to manage a sales pipeline independently
