Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team at Hilltop Integrated Printing Press.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our printing services.
Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Growth**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating a strong pipeline of potential clients for our printing solutions.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand client requirements, provide expert advice on printing options, and tailor solutions to meet their needs and budget.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our full range of printing services, from offset to digital printing, ensuring accurate representation to clients.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives by consistently closing new business deals and expanding current client accounts.
- **Lead Generation**: Network and actively seek new clients, utilizing various platforms (online, events, cold calling, referrals).
- **Proposal and Negotiation**: Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a commercial printing environment.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, including offset printing, digital printing, and finishing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
