Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated **Business Development Executive** to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for **driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our market presence across public, private, and SMB sectors**.

This role is focused on sales and relationship management — procurement and tender preparation are handled internally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public, private, and SMB markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Present solutions and services to prospective clients, demonstrating value and alignment with their needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT or technology services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
