Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Fayd LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar.

This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships through regular meetings, calls, and presentations.

The Business Development Executive will develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.

Daily activities include conducting market research, attending client meetings, managing key accounts, and tracking performance against sales targets.

The role also involves representing Fayd at industry events, gathering feedback from clients, and supporting continuous improvement of business development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales or growth targets.
  • Strong Business and Account Management skills, including the ability to maintain long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex AI-driven solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B sales, consulting, or technology services; familiarity with AI, digital transformation, or automation solutions is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are a plus.
  • Eligibility and willingness to work on-site in Doha, Qatar.
