- Represent JIET at international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and networking events
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets

Position Overview
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and result oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen JIET's presence across Dubai and African markets.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long term client relationships, promoting JIET's engineering solutions, and supporting the company's international growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across Dubai and African markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and project stakeholders.
- Promote JIET's portfolio of Cleanroom, HVAC, SS Fabrication, Process Equipment, and Turnkey Engineering Solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable engineering solutions.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Represent JIET at international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, design, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to develop long term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in networking with industry professionals and decision makers.
- Knowledge of Cleanroom Solutions, HVAC Systems, SS Fabrication, Process Equipment, or Industrial Engineering is an advantage.
- Understanding of GMP and regulated manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Strong presentation and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of Arabic, French, or African regional languages will be an added advantage.
