Business Development Executive

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
• Promote company products and services to prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain a strong client network.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with clients and prepare sales reports.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales; UAE market experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE business market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• An existing network of UAE business contacts is preferred.
