Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive – Business Setup Services (UAE) to join our growing team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients interested in establishing and growing their businesses in the UAE, with a focus on tourism-related and service-oriented sectors.

This role requires proactive lead generation, relationship building, sales pipeline management, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for UAE company formation and business setup services.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities and manage inbound inquiries.
  • Present and promote OutMazed® Tourism's business setup solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, SMEs, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams for seamless onboarding and client handover.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation within a B2B environment.
  • Strong Business Development and Account Management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in UAE Business Setup, Company Formation, Corporate Services, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone company formation regulations is an advantage.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industries within the GCC or wider MEA region is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
