Business Development Executive – Brand Partnerships

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach hair care brands, distributors, and wholesalers in the UAE and GCC region
• Pitch our e-commerce platform and onboard new brands for product listing
• Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, margins, and listing agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners and distributors
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of products onto the platform
• Coordinate with internal team for product uploads, branding, and promotions
• Maintain a pipeline of potential suppliers and track outreach progress
• Ensure smooth communication between brands and internal operations team

Requirements

• Fluent in English (mandatory) and good Arabic communication skills
• 2–5 years experience in sales, business development, or vendor acquisition
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is a strong advantage
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of UAE market and supplier ecosystem
• Self-driven and comfortable with cold outreach (calls, WhatsApp, email, meetings)

Preferred Skills

• Existing network with beauty/hair care brands or distributors
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms or marketplaces
• Understanding of retail margins and product listing models
