Business development responsibilities
- Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms; develop dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers to generate orders and communicate with dealers and the field sales team.
- Prepare quotations, order details, and customer information; maintain customer and dealer databases.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Production; track pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer requirements; prepare daily and monthly business development reports.
- Support achievement of monthly sales and business targets.
Digital marketing responsibilities
- Manage company social media pages and digital presence; create and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare product posts, banners, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns; generate business leads through digital campaigns.
- Follow up on social media, WhatsApp, and online enquiries; assist with Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, and customer engagement; coordinate with designers and video editors.
- Update website content and product information as needed; conduct online competitor and market research.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills; good Hindi, Odia, and English communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and the internet.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Content writing, social media management, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
- Creative, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Canva and basic photo/video editing are advantageous.
- Experience in cattle feed, poultry feed, agriculture, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
Compensation
- Listed pay is ₹10,000–₹17,000 per month.
