Business Development Executive

About This Role

Infinite Signage Advertising is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Signage to lead and grow our signage business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in signage sales, project-based selling, and key account management, with deep relationships within contractors, consultants, developers, and corporate clients.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on sales capability, capable of driving revenue, managing pipelines, and closing high-value signage projects.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow signage revenues (indoor, outdoor, wayfinding, digital signage, retail branding, and corporate signage).
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across commercial, retail, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, fit-out companies, consultants, architects, developers, and end clients.
• Actively participate in project tenders, RFQs, and negotiations.

Client & Project Management

• Understand client requirements and propose customized signage solutions aligned with brand and project specifications.
• Coordinate closely with design, estimation, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
• Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business through excellent service and relationship management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years UAE signage sales experience (mandatory)
• Strong industry network
• Excellent negotiation & closing skills
• UAE driving license
