Role Description
The Business Development Executive (Agency) will work full time on-site in Dubai, driving new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for Kreative & Co.
Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
The role involves understanding client needs, collaborating with internal teams to tailor agency solutions, and preparing proposals that align with clients’ marketing and ROI objectives.
The executive will build and maintain long-term relationships, oversee smooth handovers to account management, and track performance against revenue and growth targets.
The role also requires active participation in networking events, market research, and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and refine the business development strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify, pursue, and close opportunities.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management practices, including pipeline management and client relationship development.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex agency solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment, preferably in the MENA region.
- Comfort working in a target-driven role and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
