Vertex Consulting is a UAE-based professional services firm providing Accounting, Bookkeeping, Corporate Tax, VAT, Audit, Business Advisory, Business Valuation and Business Setup services.

We work closely with startups, SMEs and established businesses across the UAE, helping them simplify compliance, improve financial performance and achieve sustainable growth.

As our client portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Dubai office and play a key role in driving business growth.

Your Role

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships and converting prospects into long-term clients.

This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys meeting business owners, networking and building lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach and relationship building.
  • Meet business owners and decision-makers to understand their business needs.
  • Present Vertex Consulting's Accounting, Tax, Audit, Advisory and Business Setup services.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and service delivery teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation within a professional services firm (Accounting, Audit, Tax, Consulting, Business Setup, Banking, or related industries).
  • Experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly preferred.
  • Existing professional network within the UAE business community will be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Arabic is an added advantage.

  • Fixed salary: AED 3,000–4,000 (based on experience)

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
