Business Development Executive
About This Role
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Candidates currently in Abu Dhabi will be given preference
- Candidates on sponsorship visa are preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Previous experience in sales/business development is an advantage
Compensation:
- Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on performance
