Job Description
We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) to promote and sell our healthcare software solutions across the UAE market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and closing sales.
This role is 100% commission-based and best suited for self-driven sales professionals who want high earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, medical centers, labs, etc.) in the UA
- Present and explain our customizable healthcare software solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct meetings, calls, product demos, and follow-ups
- Close sales deals and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Commission Structure
- 10% commission on every successful client closure
- No fixed salary – high commission-based earning opportunity
- No earning limit
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Sales (Healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and close deals
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Candidates with existing healthcare contacts will be preferred
