Nawa Marketing is a UAE-based commercial growth consultancy helping businesses build stronger revenue systems, generate leads, improve sales performance, win tenders, and grow with structure.

We work with clients across the UAE, Oman, and KSA, supporting them through sales consultancy, fractional commercial leadership, RFP and bid writing, lead generation, commercial strategy, and revenue system development.

Now we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

This role is not just cold calling.

It is not just sending emails.

It is not sitting behind a laptop waiting for leads to appear.

This is a real business development role.

You will be helping Nawa and our clients create opportunities through outreach, meetings, networking, events, relationship building, follow-up, and structured sales activity.

You will be part of building proper sales systems, not random sales activity.

As a Business Development Executive, you will support Nawa and our clients in generating new business opportunities, building pipelines, developing relationships, and turning conversations into qualified meetings and commercial opportunities.

You may be selling Nawaโ€™s own services, or you may be representing our clients in the market as part of their outsourced sales and growth function.

This means you need to be professional, confident, organised, resilient, and willing to learn.

You will be supported with strategy, structure, training, and direction โ€” but you must bring the energy, effort, and hunger.

Your role

  • will include:
  • Identifying and researching new business opportunities
  • Building targeted prospect lists
  • Making outbound calls to decision-makers
  • Sending structured outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels
  • Attending meetings, events, and networking opportunities
  • Building relationships with prospects, partners, and clients
  • Booking qualified meetings for Nawa and our clients
  • Supporting client sales campaigns and lead generation activity
  • Following up consistently and professionally
  • Updating CRM records and tracking activity properly
  • Reporting on calls, meetings, leads, objections, and opportunities
  • Learning how to build and manage a proper sales pipeline
  • Supporting commercial growth strategies across different industries
  • This role is about activity, learning, consistency, and improvement.
