Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on clients seeking company formation, licensing, visa, and PRO services.
Responsibilities
include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
The role involves maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely service delivery, and effective follow-up on all client requirements.
Qualifications
- Freshers / Own Visa / Dependent visa are preferred.
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of business setup and company formation processes, especially within the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Experience in account management, including maintaining client relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Previous experience in business services, consulting, or similar sectors; knowledge of UAE licensing, visa, or PRO services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) for tracking leads and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills (such as Arabic or Hindi/Urdu) are beneficial.
